Program Introduction
Chemical engineering and technology is a national key and the most important discipline of Shanghai. It was rated as A+ in the fourth round of discipline evaluation and was selected into the list of world-class discipline construction.
In ECUST, it has State Key Laboratory of Chemical Engineering, National Engineering Research Center for Ultrafine Powder, and National Engineering Research Center for Comprehensive Utilization of Salt Lake Resources, National Engineering Research Center for Coal Water Slurry Gasification and Coal Chemical Engineering, International Research Center for Green Energy and Chemical Engineering, etc.
This discipline is aiming at frontier of the world science and technology, turning in the direction of major national demands, focusing on key core technologies of the industry, focusing on basic theory and engineering technology for chemical reaction engineering, mass transfer and separation engineering, chemical system engineering, chemical intelligent equipment, oil and gas processing and petrochemical engineering, material chemical engineering, energy chemical engineering, resource chemical engineering, electrochemical and energy storage engineering and micro electrochemical industry, so as to cultivate high-end talents for the country and industry.
